How to use this

This is a reference wiki, not a document to read once and file away. Each page stands on its own, and the sidebar on the left is always available so you can jump to whatever you need. Terms you have most likely not seen before are underlined with a dotted line; the first time a term appears on a page, it links to its full definition in the Glossary.

That said, if this is your first time here, we recommend working through the pages in order once, since later pages assume you already have the grounding built in earlier ones.
